CRE Financing definition

CRE Financing means any Indebtedness or obligations principally secured directly or indirectly by, and incurred for the primary purpose of directly or indirectly funding the acquisition of, or any Investment in, or otherwise financing, refinancing or capitalizing any previous acquisition of, or Investment in, Real Estate Investments and/or interests therein (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any mezzanine financing secured by Capital Stock in Subsidiaries that directly or indirectly own Real Estate Investments).
CRE Financing means any indebtedness or obligations under securitization transactions, repurchase facilities, warehouse facilities, note-on-note financings, loan, other credit facilities and arrangements similar to any of the foregoing and any other indebtedness or obligations, in each case, secured directly or indirectly by, and incurred for the primary purpose of directly or indirectly funding the origination, acquisition, ownership of, holding of, or any Investment in, or otherwise financing, refinancing or capitalizing any previous origination, acquisition, ownership of or holding of, or Investment in, any CRE Loan or CRE Property.
