CRB Checks definition

CRB Checks means checks that the Partners shall carry out in relation to employees and volunteers in accordance with regulations from the Criminal Records Bureau. This is a service that enables organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors to make safer recruitment decisions by identifying candidates who may be unsuitable for certain work, especially that involve children or vulnerable adults.

  • The Contractor shall ensure CRB Checks are renewed in accordance with the requirements of the Criminal Records Bureau.
