CPUs definition

CPUs has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6.

CPUs. – means the central processing unit(s) identified in your agreement with Monotype. Each CPU shall be under your sole control and shall be utilized by you to access the Font Software to assist in the creation and Internal Use of Embedded Doc- uments by you and End Users.

More Definitions of CPUs

CPUs means a new series of convertible preferred operating partnership units of Opco designated under the A&R Opco LPA as the “Class C Units.”
CPUs means the number of single microprocessors on which the Enterprise Platform may be operated and for which GMI has provided Keys in accordance with the Agreement.

CPUs means the number of central processing units in the physical machines ("Servers") that are supporting the Collector, Analyzer and Data Warehouse components of the Software, the traffic of which will be analyzed by the Software.

Related to CPUs

  • Target Award means the target award, at 100% of target level performance achievement, payable under the Plan to a Participant for the Performance Period, as determined by the Committee in accordance with Section 3(b).

  • Vesting mean that the Units have become non-forfeitable. If Employee has a Termination of Employment prior to the Stated Vesting Date and the Units are not otherwise deemed vested by that date, the Units will be immediately forfeited except as otherwise provided in Section 4 of the Terms and Conditions.

  • Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.2, to receive Stock, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain Performance Goals or other performance-based targets established by the Committee.

The modifier may affect payment or may be used for information only.

  • Service Unit means a standardized measure of consumption, use, generation, or discharge attributable to an individual unit of development calculated in accordance with generally accepted engineering or planning standards for a particular category of capital improvements.

  • Qualified Performance-Based Award means an Award intended to qualify for the Section 162(m) Exemption, as provided in Section 11.

  • Performance Standard means the acceptable range of performance for a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume that results when a Performance Corridor is applied to a Performance Target.

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.

  • Vesting Percentage means the percentage by which the Target Total Award is multiplied as set forth in the chart in Section II below.
