CP Rate Period definition

CP Rate Period means, with respect to any CP Tranche, a period of days not to exceed 270 days commencing on a Business Day selected in accordance with Section 2.7(b); provided that (x) if a CP Rate Period would end on a day that is not a Business Day, such CP Rate Period shall end on the next succeeding Business Day and (y) during the Series 2010-6 Controlled Amortization Period and the Series 2010-6 Rapid Amortization Period, each CP Rate Period shall end on or prior to the next succeeding Distribution Date.
CP Rate Period means, with respect to any CP Tranche, a period of days not to exceed 270 days commencing on a Business Day selected in accordance with Section 2.7(b); provided that (x) if a CP Rate Period would end on a day that is not a Business Day, such CP Rate Period shall end on the next succeeding Business Day and (y) during the Series 2015-3 Controlled Amortization Period and the Series 2015-3 Rapid Amortization Period, each CP Rate Period shall end on or prior to the next succeeding Distribution Date.
CP Rate Period means with respect to each Bond, while the Bonds are in the CP Rate Mode, a period (a) which begins on a CP Rate Conversion Date or a CP Rate Reset Date, as appropriate, and (b) has a duration which shall have been set by the Remarketing Agent as provided in Section 2.02(d), from l to 360 days' length, and (c) which ends on a day which immediately precedes a Business Day and which falls on or prior to the maturity date of the Bonds.

  • Such notice shall specify (i) the applicable Business Day, (ii) the CP Rate Period for each CP Tranche to which a portion of the Available CP Funding Amount with respect to such Purchaser Group is to be allocated and (iii) the portion of such Available CP Funding Amount being allocated to each such CP Tranche.

  • In the case of each CP Rate Period, on the first day thereof, the Remarketing Agent shall determine (i) the duration of such CP Rate Period and (ii) the CP Rate which shall apply during such CP Rate Period.

  • While the Bonds are in the CP Rate Mode, interest on this Bond will be payable on the first Business Day which follows each CP Rate Period applicable to this Bond, and shall be computed on the basis of a 365- or 366-day year, and the actual number of days elapsed.

  • Such notice shall specify (i) the applicable Business Day, (ii) the CP Rate Period for each CP Tranche to which a portion of the Available CP Funding Amount with respect to such CP Conduit Purchaser Group is to be allocated and (iii) the portion of such Available CP Funding Amount being allocated to each such CP Tranche.

More Definitions of CP Rate Period

CP Rate Period means, with respect to any CP Loan, subject to the limitations set forth in Section 3.10(d) of the Participation Agreement, the period (not to exceed 180 days) specified in the Advance Request or Continuation Notice; provided that if no period is specified in the Advance Request or Continuation Notice, the "CP Rate Period" shall be the number of days set forth at the last paragraph of Section 2.5(c) of the Loan Agreement.
CP Rate Period means the period from and including a Distribution Date to but excluding the next succeeding Distribution Date.
CP Rate Period means, with respect to any CP Tranche, a period of days not to exceed 270 days or, in the case of secured liquidity notes, 90 days, commencing on a Business Day selected in accordance with Section 2.7(b); PROVIDED that (x) if a CP Rate Period would end on a day that is not a Business Day, such CP Rate Period shall end on the next succeeding Business Day or, in the case of secured liquidity notes, the preceding Business Day and (y) during the Series 2002-4 Amortization Period, each CP Rate Period shall end on or prior to the next succeeding Distribution Date.

Related to CP Rate Period

  • Weekly Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2021 Series J Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Weekly Rate.

  • Interest Rate Period means that period of time for which the interest rate with respect to the Bonds has been determined by the Remarketing Agent or otherwise as provided in the definition of the applicable Interest Rate Mode, commencing on the applicable Interest Rate Adjustment Date, and terminating on the day immediately preceding the following Interest Rate Adjustment Date, if any.

  • Subsequent Rate Period means, with respect to any Series of VMTP Shares, the period consisting of seven calendar days, but adjusted in each case to reflect any changes when the regular calendar day that is a Rate Determination Date is not a Business Day, from, and including, the first calendar day following the Initial Rate Period of such Series to, and including, the next Rate Determination Date for such Series and any period thereafter from, and including, the first calendar day following a Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series to, and including, the next succeeding Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series.
