CP Agreement definition

CP Agreement means the conditions precedent agreement to be entered into between, among others, the Issuer, the Bond Trustee, the Borrower Security Trustee and the Obligors on the Initial Issue Date.
CP Agreement means the conditions precedent agreement, dated on or around the date of this Agreement between, among others, the Note Trustee, the Security Trustee and the Obligors;
