Covered Vendors definition

Covered Vendors means any and all of the vendors of Cigna with whom/which you dealt or otherwise had more than casual contact in connection with Cigna business during and by virtue of your employment with Cigna.
Covered Vendors means any and all of the vendors of Cigna who were vendors during the 12-month period ending on your Termination Date and with whom/which you dealt or otherwise had material contact during and by virtue of your employment with Cigna, including but not limited to providers or collaborative accountable care organizations that contract with Cigna.
Covered Vendors means the Service Provider Representatives and vendors of Service Provider that participate in the delivery of the Services for or on behalf of Client and that are designated as set forth in Section 1(d) below.

  • Recovered materials means metal, paper, glass, plastic, textile, or rubber materials that have known recycling potential, can be feasibly recycled, and have been diverted and source separated or have been removed from the solid waste stream for sale, use, or reuse as raw materials, whether or not the materials require subsequent processing or separation from each other, but does not include materials destined for any use that constitutes disposal. Recovered materials as described above are not solid waste.

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.

  • Contractor / Vendor means the Tenderer whose bid has been accepted and awarded Letter of Acceptance for a specific item followed by the signing of Contract.

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • Licensed Operator : means any person who holds a licence granted and in force under the Law;

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.

  • Third Party Manufacturer means any person, firm or company which carries out the reproduction of Work and/or manufactures and/or prints the Licensed Publication on behalf of the Licensee;
