COVERED PARTS definition

COVERED PARTS means BREAKDOWN of a part not excluded in this CONTRACT.
COVERED PARTS. Means the parts listed in Section B, “THESE PARTS ARE COVERED,” of this CONTRACT.
COVERED PARTS. CarHop will pay the total cost of the parts and labor necessary to repair or replace Covered Parts if the defect or malfunction in the Covered Part is caused by a mechanical breakdown or failure under normal service and use (the inability of any Covered Part to perform its designed function). The Covered Parts include: • Engine - all lubricated parts, intake manifolds, engine block, rotary engine housings, ring gear, cylinder heads, fuel pump, oil pump, timing gears and chain, valve covers and water pump; • Transmission - all internal parts, seals, gaskets, torque converter and transmission case; • Drive Axle – on front-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive vehicles: the axle housings and internal parts, drive shafts, retainers and universal and constant velocity joints.

Examples of COVERED PARTS in a sentence

  • The ADMINISTRATOR will verify COVERAGE, confirm the cost of repair using nationally recognized labor guides, authorize repair of COVERED PARTS and labor, and provide the REPAIR FACILITY with an authorization code.

  • The amount YOU are required to pay, as shown on the DECLARATION PAGE, towards the total cost for the repair or replacement of COVERED PARTS per CLAIM made.

  • In consideration of the payment made by YOU of the amount specified on the DECLARATIONS PAGE, and in reliance upon the warranties and representations made by YOU, the ADMINISTRATOR agrees to pay for the repair or replacement of COVERED PARTS due to MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN or FAILURE sustained during the contract period.

  • If a Covered BREAKDOWN of YOUR VEHICLE occurs during the term of this AGREEMENT, WE will: • Pay YOU or the Repair Facility, for repair or replacement of the COVERED PARTS and associated labor as required for the completion of the repair or replacement of those parts, which cause the BREAKDOWN.

  • PARTS - The parts listed in the Schedule of COVERED PARTS subsection of this AGREEMENT.


More Definitions of COVERED PARTS

COVERED PARTS means any of those parts of the Primary Vehicle described in Section 6, and subject to the terms and conditions listed in Sections 7-10 of this Contract.
COVERED PARTS. Any of those parts of Your Vehicle described in Section 7, “Your Coverage” and subject to the conditions and exclusions listed in Section 10, “Non-Covered Parts, Services and Conditions.”
COVERED PARTS means all parts necessary to effectuate either (A) a repair or replacement of an Eligible Vehicle’s Primary Engine Water Pump, or (B) subject to the limitations described in Schedule A and Schedule B, or section 4.2.3, a repair or replacement of an Eligible Vehicle’s engine.
COVERED PARTS means those parts and components identified and defined as “Covered Parts” in
COVERED PARTS or “Coverage” means any part of the unit, which is listed in Section II. Covered Parts / Components. New Unit/Vehicle covered parts/components 1- 15; Used Unit/Vehicle covered parts/components 1 - 13; and not excluded in Section VIII. & IX., by this Contract. Coverage may include optional coverage/upgrades listed in Section IV. Optional Coverage / Upgrades, and is marked on the Application Page. Used Unit/Vehicle coverage may include item #14 in Section II, if the appropriate surcharge is paid and is marked on the Application Page.
COVERED PARTS. Car Hop will pay the total cost of the parts and labor necessary to repair or replace Covered Parts pursuant to this Limited Warranty if the defect or malfunction in the Covered Part is caused by a mechanical breakdown or failure under normal service and use (the inability of any Covered Part to perform its designed function). The Covered Parts include: • Engine - all internal parts, engine block, cylinder heads, water pump, oil pump, timing chain/timing belt, and fuel pump (excludes fuel sender); • Transmission - all internal parts, torque converter and transmission case; • Drive Axle – all internal parts on primary drive axle, axle housings, drive shafts, universal joints and constant velocity axle.
COVERED PARTS means those new or refurbished parts provided by GEII for performance under this Agreement as further defined in Exhibit 2.
