Covered Customers definition

Covered Customers means persons; firms; associations; partnerships; corporations; limited liability companies; institutions, local, state, federal and foreign entities or agencies; and other entities (A) to which the Company provided services or products before or during Executive’s employment with the Company, (B) in relation to which Executive has provided any of the Services, or (C) that the Company (or Executive in connection with the Services) has contacted or solicited with respect to the provision of services or products before or during Executive’s employment with the Company.
Covered Customers means any and all of the customers of Cigna who were customers during the 12-month period ending on your Termination Date and with whom you dealt or had more than casual contact in connection with Cigna business during and by virtue of your employment with Cigna.
Covered Customers means any customers of the Company or its affiliates with whom Executive (i) contacted or had business dealings with to further the Company’s business, (ii) performed services for, or supervised the provision of services for, or (iii) received knowledge or information in the course of his employment by the Company.

Examples of Covered Customers in a sentence

  • Executive agrees that during Executive’s employment with the Company, and for the duration of the Restricted Period, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, except in connection with Executive’s employment with the Company, for the benefit of the Company, service, call on, solicit, accept business from, or take away, or attempt to call on, solicit, accept business from or take away any Covered Customers in connection with a Competing Business.

More Definitions of Covered Customers

Covered Customers means Boise MSA Customers and Majority Boise MSA Customers who either (1) notified CenturyLink of their decision to switch their telecommunications services to the Acquirer of the Boise MSA Assets pursuant to Section IV(K) of the Final Judgment; or (2) provide defendants notice in accordance with Paragraph IV(L)(1) and Paragraph IV(L)(4) that they intend to switch telecommunications services to the Acquirer and no longer receive any telecommunications services from defendants.
Covered Customers means any and all of the customers of Cigna who were customers during the 12-month period ending on your Termination Date and with whom/which you dealt or had material contact in connection with Cigna business during and by virtue of your employment with Cigna.
Covered Customers means and include any and all of the customers or potential customers of CIGNA with whom/which you dealt or otherwise had material contact during and by virtue of your employment with CIGNA. Material Contact means you (a) had business dealings or contact with the customer or potential customer on behalf of CIGNA; (b) were responsible for supervising or coordinating the dealings between the customer or potential customer and CIGNA; or (c) obtained trade secrets or confidential information about a customer or potential customer with whom you had contact as a result of your employment by CIGNA; or
Covered Customers means the current customers of Seller set forth on Schedule 1(a)(i); provided that, where a Covered Customer has multiple divisions that separately obtain Telecommunication Expense Management Services, “Covered Customer” shall not include any division that is not at the time of Closing obtaining services from Seller.
Covered Customers means the life insured under any individual or group life insurance policies issued in Hong Kong by Zurich Assurance Ltd (a company incorporated in England and Wales with limited liability), Zurich Life Insurance Company Ltd (a company incorporated in Switzerland with limited liability), Zurich International Life Limited (a company incorporated in the Isle of Man with limited liability) or Zurich Life Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited (a company incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability) (collectively as “Zurich”). To be entitled to the COVID-19 Benefits, the life insured must be diagnosed with COVID-19 and confined in a Hospital, and the relevant policy must be in force during the Coverage Period and at the date of claim. If the life insured is covered under more than one individual or group life insurance policy with Zurich, the COVID-19 Benefits shall only be payable once for each life insured.
