Coverage Schedule definition

Coverage Schedule means the document that lists the Cost Sharing, Limitations, Maximum Benefit Levels and Yearly Out-of-Pocket Maximums for a Policy offered by Us.
Coverage Schedule means the Schedule set forth at the beginning of this Endorsement.
