Coverage C definition

Coverage C means each cover for losses arising from Hurricane Events and Earthquake Events occurring in the Tranche C Risk Period as in effect pursuant to an Endorsement to this Reinsurance Agreement.

Evidence of Subcontractor insurance shall be filed with the Contractor.

Examples of Coverage C in a sentence

  • These special limits do not increase the Coverage C limit of liability.

  • We will pay up to 10% of the limit of liability that applies to Coverage C for all trees, shrubs, plants or lawns.

  • If you are a tenant of the Described Location, you may use up to 10% of the Coverage C limit of liability for loss by a Peril Insured Against to improvements, alterations and additions, made or acquired at your expense, to that part of the Described Location used only by you.

  • Our limit of liability for personal property usually located at an "insured's" residence, other than the "residence premises", is 10% of the limit of liability for Coverage C, or $1,000, whichever is greater.

  • These limits do not in- crease the Coverage C limit of liability.

  • Payment under this coverage reduces the Coverage C limit of liability by the amount paid for the same loss.

  • This amount is not in addition to the amount of insurance applying to Coverage C Personal Property Protection.

  • These limitations do not increase the amount of insurance under Coverage C Personal Property Protection.

  • If the Insured or their Representative asserts a Personal Property claim or the investigation suggests damages relevant to the cause of loss: • Conduct a physical inspection, if needed • Determine if a Content Unit referral is appropriate • Consider policy provisions with regard to Personal Property (Coverage C) Limits and Exclusions • Complete Citizens’ Personal Property Inventory Form (PPIF).

  • We insure for direct physical loss to the property described in Coverage C caused by any of the following perils unless the loss is excluded in Section I – Exclusions.

Related to Coverage C

  • Insurance Coverage Contractor shall, at Contractor’s sole expense, procure, maintain and keep in force for the duration of this Contract the following insurance conforming to the minimum requirements specified below. Unless specified herein or otherwise agreed to by the City, the required insurance shall be in effect prior to the commencement of work by Contractor and shall continue in force as appropriate until the latter of:

  • Lot coverage means the percentage of lot area covered by all buildings on the lot;

  • Coverage or “Covering”) shall mean that the developing, making, using, offering for sale, promoting, selling or importing of a given compound, formulation or product would infringe a Valid Claim of an issued patent in the absence of a license under such Valid Claim. The determination of whether a compound, formulation or product is Covered by a particular Valid Claim shall be made on a country-by-country basis.

  • Coverage Area means the area described in the Website for which Nearmap has available Products, which may cover part or all of that area and which may cover part (but not all) of the area covered by the Survey.

  • Coverage Test means each of the Class A/B Par Value Test, the Class A/B Interest Coverage Test, the Class C Par Value Test, the Class C Interest Coverage Test, the Class D Par Value Test, the Class D Interest Coverage Test, the Class E Par Value Test and the Class E Interest Coverage Test.
