COUS definition

COUS means a “United States citizen,” as defined in 49 U.S.C. Section 40102(a)(15), as in effect on the date in question, or any successor statute or regulation.
COUS refer to UCR Program Framework;
COUS means a unit of carbon credit issued by UCR, based on a positive verification report by UCR Verifier and approval by UCR, and held in a UCR registry representing the right of an account holder in whose account the unit is recorded to claim the achievement of a GHG emission reduction or removal in an amount of one (1) metric tonne of CO2 equivalent that has been verified by a UCR Verifier in accordance with the UCR rules. Recordation of CoUs in the account of the holder at a UCR Registry is prima facie evidence of that holder's entitlement to that CoUs;

  • None of Mesa, Nilchii, Anchorage, PAR, or any of their respective advisers shall initiate contact the DOT with respect to matters covered by this Agreement or otherwise identify Spirit in any discussions with DOT with respect to such Party’s status as a COUS in general without advance written notice to Spirit; provided, however, that if the DOT contacts any such Party directly, such Party may respond directly to DOT so long as it gives prompt written notice to Spirit.

  • In exchange for, (i) payment to KL by COUS of 34,845,950 restricted shares (collectively, the “Shares” as indicated above) of the Company, pursuant to Regulation S of the Securities Act of 1933 (the “Act”), with the Shares being valued at $0.001 each, representing the last closing price of COUS’s common stock, for a total amount of USD$34,845.95, which represents an amount equal to the principal and accrued interest of the Debt, the receipt of which is acknowledged by affixing KL’s signature herein.

  • COUS has proposed to pay to KL, in lieu of cash, restricted shares (the “Shares”), in the amount set forth below, of the common stock of COUS in full satisfaction and discharge of the debt (the “Debt”) due and owing to KL by COUS, and KL has agreed to accept the Shares in lieu of cash for settlement of the Debt pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  • Blood means whole blood collected from a single donor and processed either for transfusion or further manufacturing.

  • Cohabitant means the same as that term is defined in Section 78B-7-102.

  • Gearing means -1; "Option" means Put;

  • Mother means the mother or expectant mother of the child.

  • Donor means an individual whose body or part is the subject of an anatomical gift.
