Court Notice definition

Court Notice means the notice of the settlement agreed to in this Settlement Agreement to be disseminated which, subject to the approval of the Court, shall be in a form substantially similar to the document attached as Exhibit D hereto.
Court Notice means notice of this Agreement, in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 23, to Class Members which, subject to approval of the Court, shall be in the form of Exhibit C hereto.

  • General Notice means any notice given in accordance with this Agreement other than a Transfer Notice;
