Course Period definition

Course Period for the purposes of this Agreement shall mean the Course as mentioned by the Bank in the Schedule, without considering any delays in actual Course completion whether by reason of the student (Borrower) keeping term or failing or the concerned university or the institution making any extensions to the Course period or otherwise, provided however that the Bank may in its sole discretion for the purposes of the definition of the 'Moratorium' agree to consider to such extensions to the Course period upon a request made in this regard by the Borrower subject to production of such documents by the Borrower as may be required by the Bank and subject to such other terms and conditions which the Bank may prescribe in this regard.
Course Period means a temporal unit as defined in the academic year, equal to the duration of the educational activities and subsequent examination of a course;

Examples of Course Period in a sentence

  • Following the end of an Online Course Period, students may receive continued access to the Courseware for purposes of completing an incomplete grade.

  • The term “enrollment” shall mean one student registered in one Online Course during one Online Course Period (the length of time a particular Online Course may be offered to students, which period shall not exceed four months).

  • At the completion of your Course Period, the Company shall automatically archive this Course Group.

  • The schedule listed in the Paragraph above shall apply only if the Courseware is being offered in the next regularly scheduled Online Course Period.

  • In consideration of participation by eCollege in providing the ongoing services to Customer’s students, Customer shall pay eCollege a Technology Service Fee per student, per Online Course Period (the dates courses are offered to students, which period shall not exceed four months), per eCourse Credit Online Course as set forth herein.

  • Following the end of an Online Course Period, Customer’s students may receive continued access to the Courseware for purposes of completing an incomplete grade.

  • If the Courseware is not scheduled in the next Online Course Period, eCollege will make the Courseware available for review within forty-five (45) business days of receipt of the Customer Course Content.

Related to Course Period

  • Use Period means the period commencing on the date that the ABL Agent or an agent acting on its behalf (or an ABL Credit Party acting with the consent of the ABL Agent) commences the liquidation and sale of the ABL Priority Collateral in a manner as provided in Section 3.6 hereof (having theretofore furnished the Controlling Term Agent with an Enforcement Notice) and ending 180 days thereafter. If any stay or other order that prohibits any of the ABL Agent, the other ABL Secured Parties or any ABL Credit Party (with the consent of the ABL Agent) from commencing and continuing to Exercise Any Secured Creditor Remedies or from liquidating and selling the ABL Priority Collateral has been entered by a court of competent jurisdiction, such 180-day period shall be tolled during the pendency of any such stay or other order and the Use Period shall be so extended.

  • Release Period means the period specified in paragraph 3(d) of the letter of consent.

  • Base Period means (i) the test period ending December 31, 2010 (or, if the Commission has elected to stagger its biennial reviews of utilities as provided in subdivision 1, the test period ending December 31, 2010, for a Phase I Utility, or December 31, 2011, for a Phase II Utility), or (ii) the most recent test period with respect to which credits have been applied to customers' bills under the provisions of this subdivision, whichever is later.

  • Peak Period means a period between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm (WST) on any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
