Coupon Lock-in Barrier means, in respect of each Underlying Rate or Basket of Underlying Rates (as the case may be) and any Coupon Barrier Observation Date or any Coupon Barrier Observation Period specified under the heading "Coupon Barrier Observation Period" or "Coupon Barrier Observation Date" (as applicable) in the table in the relevant Final Terms, the price, rate, level, percentage or other value (including, for the avoidance of doubt, a percentage of an Initial Underlying Rate or Initial Underlying Rate Basket Level) specified under the heading "Coupon

Related to Coupon Lock-in Barrier

  • Coupon Barrier means 100%.

  • Coupon Barrier Value means, in respect of a ST Coupon Valuation Date, Worst Value.

  • Payment Certificate means a payment certificate issued under Clause 14 [Contract Price and Payment].

  • User seal check or "fit check" means an action conducted by the respirator user to determine if the respirator is properly seated to the face. Examples include negative pressure check, positive pressure check, irritant smoke check, or isoamyl acetate check.

  • Final Payment Certificate means the payment certificate issued under Sub-Clause 14.13 [Issue of Final Payment Certificate].

  • Coupon Period means the period commencing on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Coupon Payment Date and each successive period commencing on (and including) a Coupon Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Coupon Payment Date;

  • Rights Certificate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereof.

  • Class Coupon Formula The formula specified for each Class of variable rate Notes, as set forth in Appendix I for Original Notes and Appendix II for MAC Notes.

  • separate technical unit means a device subject to the requirements of this regulation and intended to be part of a vehicle, which may be type-approved separately, but only in relation to one or more specified types of vehicle where this regulation makes express provisions for so doing;

  • Interim Payment Certificate means a payment certificate issued under Clause 14 [Contract Price and Payment], other than the Final Payment Certificate.

  • Manual Load Dump Warning means a notification from PJM to warn Members of an increasingly critical condition of present operations that may require manually shedding load.

  • Application for Final Payment means Contractor’s final invoice for payment that includes any portion of the Work that has been completed for which an invoice has not been submitted, amounts owing to adjustments to the final Contract Sum resulting from approved change orders, and release of remaining Contractor’s retainage.

  • Automotive Wax, Polish, Sealant or Glaze means a product designed to seal out moisture, increase gloss, or otherwise enhance a motor vehicle’s painted surfaces. “Automotive Wax, Polish, Sealant or Glaze” includes, but is not limited to, products designed for use in autobody repair shops and “drive-through” car washes, as well as products designed for the general public. “Automotive Wax, Polish, Sealant or Glaze” does not include “Automotive Rubbing or Polishing Compounds”, automotive wash and wax products, surfactant-containing car wash products, and products designed for use on unpainted surfaces such as bare metal, chrome, glass, or plastic.

  • Passenger Coupon or means that portion of the Ticket issued by us or on “Passenger Receipt” our behalf, which is so marked and is to be retained by you.

  • Application for Payment means Contractor’s monthly partial invoice for payment that includes any portion of the Work that has been completed for which an invoice has not been submitted and performed in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The Application for Payment accurately reflects the progress of the Work, is itemized based on the Schedule of Values, bears the notarized signature of Contractor, and shall not include subcontracted items for which Contractor does not intend to pay.

  • Harvest batch means a specifically identified quantity of dried flower or trim, leaves, and other cannabis plant matter that is uniform in strain, harvested at the same time, and, if applicable, cultivated using the same pesticides and other agricultural chemicals, and harvested at the same time.

  • Flashing sign means a sign in which a symbol, figure, message or illustration intermittently appears and/or disappears and/or illuminated with varying colour or intensity.

  • Non-Book-Entry Certificate Any Certificate other than a Book-Entry Certificate.

  • Nonconforming sign means a sign or sign structure, other than a nonstandard sign or a sign that is erected and maintained in a business area along a scenic byway prior to the designation as a scenic byway, that satisfies 1 of the following:

  • Final Test Certificate means the final test certificate issued by the owner within the provisions of the contract.

  • Independent Certificate means a certificate or opinion to be delivered to the Indenture Trustee under the circumstances described in, and otherwise complying with, the applicable requirements of Section 11.1 of the Indenture, made by an independent appraiser or other expert appointed by an Issuer Order, and such opinion or certificate shall state that the signer has read the definition of “Independent” in this Appendix A and that the signer is Independent within the meaning thereof.

  • Safety Management Certificate has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.

  • Monument sign means a freestanding sign having the appearance of a solid base of landscape construction materials such as brick, stucco, stonework, textured wood, tile or textured concrete materials compatible with the materials of the primary structure on the subject property.

  • Class Coupon The Class Coupon on each Class of Notes for any Accrual Period will be as set forth in Appendix I for Original Notes and Appendix II for MAC Notes.

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Maximum design heat input means the ability of a unit to combust a stated maximum amount of fuel per hour on a steady state basis, as determined by the physical design and physical characteristics of the unit.
