County Tax Contribution definition

County Tax Contribution means the rebate of 50% of the County personal property tax paid by the Owner for personal property located within the Urban Renewal Area for a period of 10 years, which is in addition to and separate from the $4,122,000 grant that the County has agreed to contribute to the Owner as part of the Additional Revenue.
