County Associates definition

County Associates means the County and its employees, Participating Providers and/or Subcontractors furnishing medical and/or administrative services under this Contract.

  • County Associates shall not be prohibited from advising or advocating on behalf of a Member who is his or her patient.

  • County Associates shall promptly transmit to the CalOptima all requests for disclosure of such identifying information not emanating from the Member.

  • County Associates shall maintain records in chronological sequence and in an immediately retrievable form in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to such record keeping.

  • Non-Participating Clinical Social Worker means a Clinical Social Worker who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Associate shall have the respective meanings ascribed to such terms in Rule 12b-2 of the General Rules and Regulations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"), as in effect on the date of this Agreement.
