Country of Registry definition

Country of Registry means the United States, the Republic of Vanuatu, or such other jurisdiction under whose laws a Vessel is flagged.
Country of Registry means each country under which a Vessel is documented in the name of a Borrower as the owner and where the Mortgage in respect of said Vessel is recorded.
Country of Registry means Liberia or such other country as may from time to time be established as such in accordance with the provisions of section 4.4.
