Employee agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of Employer promulgated by Employer from time to time with respect and applicable to Employer's similarly-situated employees generally, which are all hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Employment Agreement, provided such rules and regulations do not abrogate any of the terms and condition contained within this Employment Agreement.
