Such Counternotice shall be delivered within thirty (30) days after the date the Payment Certificate to which it relates is received by the indemnifying party.
Any such Counternotice shall be copied to all other Authorities at the time of service.
If no such Counternotice is received within the aforementioned thirty (30) day period, the indemnifying party shall be deemed to have accepted liability in respect of the Payment Certificate.
