Counterclaims definition

Counterclaims means and include all claims made in the Counterclaim or amendments to it filed by Vicon against Lectrolarm in the Litigation.
Counterclaims means any and all Counterclaims asserted by Cambrex in their Initial Answer and their First and Second Amended Answers and Counterclaims, including but not limited to, all claims for money damages, indemnification, damages or offsets for breach of warranty and covenants, reformation, attorneys' fees, and all claims for declaratory and injunctive relief.
Counterclaims means any and all counterclaims asserted in the Action against the Trust.
