Counter-Insurgency definition

Counter-Insurgency means any action by a Military Authority (whether or not the action(s) has the full consent of the government of the country where the loss occurs) taken against the activities of any guerrillas, revolutionaries or person or group(s) of persons, whether acting alone or on behalf of or in connection with any organisation(s), committing acts of force or violence, committed for political, religious or ideological purposes including the intention to influence any government.
