COTS Product definition

COTS Product means a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf product sold by us which is based on a standard Specification and Software created by us and contains no modifications by us and / or you;
COTS Product means Commercial‐Off‐The‐Shelf software or pre‐packaged software.
