CoStar or “Respondent CoStar” means CoStar Group, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns; and its joint ventures, subsidiaries, divisions, groups and affiliates controlled by CoStar Group, Inc., and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns of each. After the Acquisition Date, CoStar includes LoopNet.
CoStar means the Company’s proprietary technology used in engineering of costimulatory receptors that combine antigen specific binding linked to intracellular signaling to provide costimulation using, for example, [***];
