Cost to Bidder definition

Cost to Bidder means the manufacturer's catalogue or list price ruling at the date of bid less any discounts to which the bidder is entitled other than any special discount which may be conceded by the manufacturer to the bidder for cash payment.

  • Contract prices which are notfirm shall be increased or reduced by the amount of variation between the Cost to Bidder and the actual cost to the Contractor, such variations to be subject to the following conditions:- 10.1.1 Where the Cost to Bidder was based on a printed catalogue or list price, the variation shall be the difference between that price list and the price list actually charged.
