cost recovery pool. ’ means, in respect of a production-sharing contract, cumulative eligible capital expenditures and operating expenses, less the value of cumulative cost-recovery oil allocated from past production, which may be recovered against future crude oil production.
cost recovery pool means all costs and expenses in respect of petroleum operations which are attributable to the Properties and which Contractor is entitled to recover from Cost Recovery Crude Oil (as defined in the Merged Concession Agreement) and Cost Recovery Petroleum (as defined in the East Badr El Din Concession Agreement).
