Cost Per User definition
Cost Per User is a value that shall be determined as follows: For any perpetual license that Licensors grant to an End User as permitted by Section 2.4.3, the “Cost Per User” equals the License Acquisition Fee divided by [***] End Users and shall be paid to BIO-key during the first year of the license. For any perpetual license that Licensors grant to an End User on a subscription or software as a service basis, the “Cost Per User” equals the License Acquisition Fee divided by [***] End Users divided by ten (10) years, and shall be paid to BIO-key during each year of the license.
