Cost of an Item definition

Cost of an Item means the price of the Item plus its applicable portion of Related Costs. In the absence of a signed Request to Purchase, this Master Lease shall not constitute a lease or a commitment by either party to enter into a lease.

  • The Contract Price/Project Cost means the price payable to the Vendor under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.
