Cost Invoice definition

Cost Invoice has the meaning set out in Section 11.2;

Examples of Cost Invoice in a sentence

  • The Managers shall not be required to provide to the Owners any invoices or related documentation other than the Fixed Cost Invoice.

  • The Health Plan Cost Invoice shall include any per participant fee charged by the record-keeper for each participating Executive Employee and Transferred Employee and any other incremental costs associated with the continued participation by the Executive Employees and the Transferred Employees in the Health and Welfare Plans of the Companies after the Effective Date.

  • The Owner agrees to make payment in full on the Owner Reimbursement within thirty (30) calendar days of the receipt of the Predevelopment Cost Invoice.

  • The Contractor will pay to the account specified in the Cost Invoice the amount of such BCIB Costs plus all applicable taxes no later than ten Business Days after receipt of the Cost Invoice.

  • The Contractor will pay the full amount set out in the Cost Invoice without prejudice to the Contractor’s rights of dispute under Section 23.0.

  • Any objections or disputes with respect to a 401(k) Cost Invoice shall be resolved between the Parties (and to the extent necessary an outside independent consultant or accountant) within 15 days following the objection, unless the Parties consent to a longer period.

  • After the Effective Date, Licensee shall, within [***] days after the receipt of a Patent Cost Invoice, reimburse the University in the full amount of such Patent Costs set forth in the applicable Patent Cost Invoice, unless Licensee disputes such patent costs in good faith, in which event Licensee shall pay the undisputed amount and the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with Section 10.01.
