Cosmetologist/barber definition

Cosmetologist/barber means a person who is licensed under this chapter to engage in the practice of cosmetology/barbering.

Cosmetologist/barber means an individual who is licensed by the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing to perform cosmetology or barbering; or any person engaged in the practice of cosmetology/barbering for the public generally, with or without compensation, whether as owner, operator, instructor, or demonstrator.

  • Radiologic technologist, limited means an individual, other than a licensed radiologic technologist,

  • Medical cannabis means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • Radiologic technologist means an individual, other than a licensed doctor of medicine, osteopathy,

  • Barber means a person who shaves or trims the beard of a person; cuts, trims, shampoos, relaxes, curls, permanently waves, dresses, tints, bleaches, colors, arranges, or styles the hair of a person; massages the face and head of a person; or renders personal services of a similar nature customarily done by a barber.

  • Warden means the Warden In-charge of Hall of Residence VIII and includes other Wardens of the said Hall.

  • Medical cannabis card means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • Drug therapy management means the review of a drug therapy regimen of a patient by one or more pharmacists for the purpose of evaluating and rendering advice to one or more practitioners regarding adjustment of the regimen.

  • Medical marijuana waste or "waste" means unused,

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • Audiologist means an individual who is licensed by a state to practice audiology.

  • Ophthalmologist means each individually licensed Ophthalmologist, if any, who is employed or otherwise retained by or associated with the Practice, each of whom shall meet at all times the qualifications described in Section 4.3 and Section 4.4.

  • Preschooler means a child age two through four years old.
