Corporate Revolver definition

Corporate Revolver means the Credit Agreement dated as of July 31, 1998, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, by and among MedCath Intermediate Holdings, Inc., as borrower, the Initial Lenders named therein, as lenders, the Initial Issuing Bank named therein, as issuing bank, Bank of America, N.A. as administrative agent and collateral agent, and Banc of America Securities LLC, as arranger and syndication agent.
