Corporate Participant definition

Corporate Participant means a Participant whose Award is determined based on the Company’s consolidated business results.
Corporate Participant means any employee of the Corporation or any of its Affiliates, other than an employee of MIL, who is selected by the Committee to receive an Award.
Corporate Participant means a Participant whose Award is determined based on the performance of Leggett.

  • Unless expressly indicated otherwise, all references to “Member” or “RCI Points Subscribing Member” shall include a Corporate Participant.

More Definitions of Corporate Participant

Corporate Participant means a person whose annual Subscription Fee and/or Transaction fees may be paid to RCI by an entity or organization with which RCI has a contractual agreement to offer the Program. Unless expressly indicated otherwise, all references to “Member” or “RCI Weeks Subscribing Member” shall include a Corporate Participant.
Corporate Participant means a Participant that only opens and maintains a Securities Account or a Central Securities Account owned by it;4
Corporate Participant means an employee who has primarily Company-wide responsibilities and who is approved for participation in the plan by the Committee.
