Corporate Manslaughter definition

Corporate Manslaughter means a gross breach of duty of care causing the death of another person.
Corporate Manslaughter means a criminal proceeding for corporate manslaughter or corporate homicide under the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 or equivalent in any other jurisdiction.
Corporate Manslaughter. Means the prosecution of an Insured Person for involuntary manslaughter including constructive manslaughter or gross negligence manslaughter in relation to the business of the Company or any similar prosecution in any jurisdiction.
