Corporate Guarantors definition

Corporate Guarantors means, together, the Aegean Marine Guarantor and the Aegean Shipholdings Guarantor and "Corporate Guarantor" means either of them;
Corporate Guarantors means each of White River Holdings Corp, a Delaware corporation, White River E&P Management 1 LLC, a Texas limited liability company, White River Energy LLC, a Texas limited liability company, White River E&P LLC, a Texas limited liability company, White River SPV 2 LLC, a Texas limited liability company, White River SPV 3 LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and White River Operating LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
Corporate Guarantors shall have the meaning given to such term in the preamble hereof.
