Corporate Award definition

Corporate Award means the payment earned by a Participant based on the Corporation's results as set forth in Section 4.1(b).
Corporate Award means, as to a Corporate Participant, an Award under these Procedures.
Corporate Award means the dollar amount earned by a Participant during a Performance Year associated with the overall performance of the Company.

  • The Target Multiplier will be applied against the Participant’s Weighted Target Bonus Percentage for Corporate Performance Measures to arrive at the Corporate Award Percentage.
