Core Product definition

Core Product. (currently defined in Section 1.5 of the License Agreement) shall be replaced with the following definition:
Core Product means any integrated circuit device designed, manufactured or marketed by or for Licensee that (a) combines one or more Compliant Core(s) (i.e., currently any of the [***], [***], [***], and [***]) with application-specific or user-specific circuitry that adds a substantial and significant amount of value and functionality to such Compliant Core(s).” FOIA confidential treatment requested: [***] indicates that certain information contained herein has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to such omitted portions.
Core Product means ZECUITY.

More Definitions of Core Product

Core Product means (1) the Products listed under the heading “OUR CORE PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT CANDIDATES” in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2008 and (2) the Hydron Technology.
Core Product means any Product that is not a Non-Core Product. For the avoidance of doubt, the Capital Stock of any Person, the assets of which are comprised primarily of Core Products, shall constitute a Core Product for purposes hereof so long as 100% of the Capital Stock of such Person is acquired in the applicable acquisition.
Core Product means (a) the object code form of Amdocs’ proprietary generic software products and modules that are licensed by Amdocs to USCC pursuant to and as specifically listed in License Orders; (b) the software products from third parties for which Amdocs obtained the license for and/or on behalf of USCC including, without limitation, MicroTelecom proprietary software products licensed by Amdocs to USCC in accordance with License Order No. 1 dated August 17, 2010; and (c) any modifications to the foregoing made by Amdocs pursuant to the Maintenance Orders.
Core Product. “Architecture Specification”, “Core Technology”, “Deliverables”, “Design/Fabrication Materials” and “Documentation”, as defined in Section 1.1 of the License Agreement (and in Section 2 of the First Amendment, shall also include, when applicable, the Ceva-XI620 Core and the related Ceva-XS1200 Sub-system licensed to Licensee under this Fourth Amendment and the related deliverables, as set forth in the attached Exhibit A.
Core Product means the following existing Commodity Contracts traded by the Exchange, as hereafter amended from time to time: Coffee “C”, Cocoa, Cotton No. 2, Sugar No. 11, Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice, NFC Orange Juice, and Sugar No. 14.
Core Product or “Core Products” means the products identified in Schedule A attached hereto, including any modifications thereto, as may be amended in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Core Product means: (i) *, in each case packaged in cases of 4/6, 2/12 packs in a tray, or 24 loose twelve ounce bottles and 12 twenty-two ounce bottles, in half barrel or quarter barrel kegs, and any other package types or configurations that the parties mutually agree to use for packaging such products, or (ii) any other Boston Beer * product(s) that the parties mutually agree in writing shall replace one or more of such products as the Core Product.
