Core Capacity definition

Core Capacity means that portion of the Facility allocated to the provision of Eligible Units and the common space and service area accompanying their development.
Core Capacity means common spaces and large instructional spaces within the physical plant of the building including, but not limited to, commons areas, hallways, dining areas, gymnasiums and library/media centers.
Core Capacity means that portion of the Residence allocated to the provision of Eligible Units and the common space and service area accompanying their development.

  • Fixed Guideway Capital Investment Grants Program (New Starts, Small Starts, and Core Capacity Improvement).

  • The Core ▇▇▇ NEMOs are parties to the Side Letter to the Intraday Operations Agreement (“IDOA”) for the operation of Intraday Auctions in the Core Capacity Calculation Region (“Core ▇▇▇”) which establishes the general terms and conditions for the operation of the Core ▇▇▇ in a multiple NEMO environment and within the framework of the IDOA.

  • For clarity, any Batch diverted after a Prolonged Shutdown as set forth in this subsection (II)(b) shall nevertheless be deemed to have been Packaged by Alkermes for purposes of determining whether that Batch or any future Batch is within or in excess of the Agreed Packaging Core Capacity.
