Copyrighted Materials means the following:

• If Copyrighted Materials are being licensed to You as an upgrade to Copyrighted Materials previously licensed to You (“Update”), unless you are a member of the ARCHIBUS Software Subscription Program, as identified above, You must destroy all previously licensed materials within 60 days of acquiring the applicable Update.

• Any supplemental software provided by AI shall be considered part of the Copyrighted Materials and subject to the terms of this ▇▇▇▇.

• You are not permitted to (i) convert the Software into another programming language; (ii)translate the Software into any other language; or (iii) develop or create any other product based on or derived from the Software and/or the Copyrighted Materials.

More Definitions of Copyrighted Materials

Copyrighted Materials means any and all BOMI created and/or owned educational, course and/or study materials in any and all formats now known or developed in the future which are specifically offered to LICENSEE to promote and conduct BOMI Courses under this Agreement.

Copyrighted Materials means all copyrightable materials that Hyatt or its Affiliate periodically develops and Hyatt periodically designates for use in connection with the Hotel System, including the Manual, videotapes, CDs/DVDs, marketing materials (including advertising, marketing, promotional, and public relations materials), architectural drawings (including the Design Standards and all architectural plans, designs, and layouts such as, without limitation, site, floor, plumbing, lobby, electrical, and landscape plans), building designs, and business and marketing plans, whether or not registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.

Copyrighted Materials means all written works, visual works, computer programs, and other copyrighted or copyrightable works that the Alliance has created or in which the Alliance otherwise owns copyright rights, or shall create or otherwise acquire copyright rights, and that the Alliance licenses to t he Member, including but not limited to the items identified on Exhibit B-1 (which may be amended from time to time).

Copyrighted Materials means all materials, in any format, created or distributed by BCD for use in connection with marketing and sale of the Products.

Copyrighted Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 2(e).

Copyrighted Materials means any and all writings, drawings, and other documents containing a copyright notice of the Licensor which are part of the Deliverables.

Copyrighted Materials means all material authored, published or distributed by ISI in which ISI holds or asserts an existing copyright and which are related to the development or use of the Licensed Patents as they relate to the field of use for Atlus' developed or acquired products.
