COPYRIGHT DOCUMENTATION means, with respect to any of the items of Product, all of the applications, registrations, documents and confirmatory searches and reports that are necessary or that the Administrative Agent may reasonably deem desirable in order to establish a clear and unencumbered chain of title to such item of Product in favor of the Borrower or the Restricted Subsidiary that is purported to own or have an interest in such item of Product.
