Copies of Registration Statement. The Company will furnish the Dealer Manager with one signed copy of the Registration Statement, including its exhibits, and such additional copies of the Registration Statement, without exhibits, and the Prospectus and all amendments and supplements thereto, which are finally approved by the Commission, as the Dealer Manager may reasonably request for sale of the Shares.
Copies of Registration Statement. The Company will furnish you copies of the Registration Statement (only one of which need be signed and need include all exhibits), the Prospectus and all amendments and supplements thereto, including any amendment or supplement prepared after the Effective Date, and such other information with respect to the Company as you may from time to time reasonably request, in each case as soon as available and in such quantities as you may reasonably request.
Copies of Registration Statement. To furnish promptly to the Underwriters and to counsel for the Underwriters a conformed copy of the Registration Statement as originally filed with the Commission, and each amendment thereto filed with the Commission, including all consents and exhibits filed therewith;
Copies of Registration Statement. The Partnership will furnish to the Underwriters, without charge, such number of conformed copies of the Registration Statement as originally filed with the Commission and of each amendment thereto and corresponding to the version filed in the Commission’s electronic data gathering, analysis and retrieval system (“XXXXX”) version, including financial statements and all exhibits to the Registration Statement as the Underwriters or the Underwriters’ counsel may reasonably request.
Copies of Registration Statement. Furnish to each Holder, their Special Counsel, and any managing underwriters, without charge, at least one conformed copy of each Registration Statement and each amendment thereto, including financial statements and schedules, all documents incorporated or deemed to be incorporated therein by reference, and all exhibits to the extent requested by such Person (including those previously furnished or incorporated by reference) promptly after the filing of such documents with the Commission.
Copies of Registration Statement. The Partnership will furnish to the Underwriters, without charge, (i) one copy of the manually signed copy of the registration statement corresponding to the Commission’s electronic data gathering, analysis and retrieval system (“XXXXX”) version filed with the Commission and of each amendment thereto, including financial statements and all exhibits to the registration statement, (ii) such number of conformed copies of the registration statement as originally filed and of each amendment thereto, but without exhibits, as the Underwriters or the Underwriters’ counsel may reasonably request, (iii) such number of copies of the Incorporated Documents, without exhibits, as the Underwriters may request, and (iv) such number of copies of the exhibits to the Incorporated Documents as the Underwriters may request.
Copies of Registration Statement. Furnish to each holder of Registrable Securities which are covered by a Registration Statement pursuant to this Agreement and each managing underwriter, without charge, at least one signed or conformed copy of the Registration Statement and any post-effective amendment thereto, including financial statements and schedules, all documents incorporated therein by reference and all exhibits (including those incorporated by reference).
Copies of Registration Statement. Furnish to each Holder and their Special Counsel, without charge, at least one conformed copy of each Registration Statement and each amendment thereto, including financial statements and schedules, to the extent requested by such Person promptly after the filing of such documents with the Commission.
Copies of Registration Statement. The Company shall furnish as promptly as practicable to each selling Shareholder, prior to filing a Registration Statement or any supplement or amendment thereto, a copy of such Registration Statement, supplement or amendment as it is proposed to be filed, and after such filing such number of copies of such Registration Statement, each amendment and supplement thereto (in each case including all exhibits thereto), the prospectus included in such Registration Statement (including each preliminary prospectus) and such other documents as each Shareholder may reasonably request in order to facilitate the disposition of the Registrable Securities owned by such selling Shareholder.
Copies of Registration Statement. The Company will deliver to Underwriter, from time to time without charge, such number of copies of the Registration Statement (at least one of which delivered to you shall be manually signed and will include all exhibits), each Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus, and all amendments and supplements thereto, in each case as soon as available and in such quantities and to such persons as requested by you.
