Copano Energy means Copano Energy, L.L.C., formerly known as Copano Energy Holdings, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (it being understood that Copano Energy Holdings, L.L.C. (Organizational ID. Number 3423746) is itself a successor-by-merger to Copano Energy, L.L.C. (Organizational ID. Number 3342602)), and includes its permitted successors and assigns.
