Coordinated Plan Expenses definition

Coordinated Plan Expenses means any expenses incurred by the Secretary and the Plan Manager for purposes of developing and implementing the Coordination Agreement.
Coordinated Plan Expenses means any expenses incurred by the Point of Contact for purposes of its duties under this Agreement.
Coordinated Plan Expenses are those Subbasin-wide Activities expenses that are shared equally amongst the Coordination Committee members, in accordance with the Participation Percentages.

  • The SLDMWA shall present a cumulative Coordinated Plan Expense report to the GSP Groups on a monthly basis, through the Responsible Agency identified on Exhibit “A.” Each Invoice, described in Section 6 above, shall be accompanied by a Coordinated Plan Expenses report (“Report”).

  • The SLDMWA shall maintain separate records regarding Coordinated Plan Expenses, including records of billing and payment and other documents related to the execution of its obligations under the Coordination Agreement.

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that the participation percentages in Exhibit “A” (“Participation Percentages”) shall be utilized to determine the share of Coordinated Plan Expenses allocated to each GSP Group.

  • The Parties acknowledge that each GSP Group intends to pay only its share of Coordinated Plan Expenses, but acknowledge that the GSP Group may be required to pay an adjusted Participation Percentage (pursuant to a modification or amendment of this Agreement under Section 14, above) to meet its obligation to the SLDMWA and seek its remedy against any defaulting GSP Group.

  • The GSA Parties agree to make payments for Coordinated Plan Expenses through their GSP Groups, described in Section 6 below.

  • The SLDMWA shall account for Coordinated Plan Expenses in accordance with standard public agency accounting procedures and shall invoice amounts to be collected from the GSP Groups in accordance with Section 6 below.

  • Any GSA Party who withdraws shall remain obligated to pay its share of all Coordinated Plan Expenses accrued prior to the effective date of such withdrawal.

  • The SLDMWA shall bill the GSP Groups, through the Responsible Agency identified on Exhibit “A,” for all Coordinated Plan Expenses based upon their respective Participation Percentages, upon receipt of each individual invoice.

  • We are now meeting with State Water Resources Control Board Board member and staff regarding our concerns with the current water loss regulation.

  • No Party may be added that is not within the Delta-Mendota Subbasin or that fails to execute an agreement to share in Coordinated Plan Expenses, unless such payment is waived by consent of all Parties.

Related to Coordinated Plan Expenses

  • Program Expenses means all UHC’s expenses of administering the Program under the Indenture and the Act and shall include without limiting the generality of the foregoing; salaries, supplies, utilities, labor, materials, office rent, maintenance, furnishings, equipment, machinery and apparatus, including information processing equipment; software, insurance premiums, credit enhancement fees, legal, accounting, management, consulting and banking services and expenses; Fiduciary Expenses; remarketing fees; Costs of Issuance not paid from proceeds of Bonds; and payments to pension, retirement, health and hospitalization funds; and any other expenses required or permitted to be paid by UHC.

  • Program Costs means all necessary and incidental costs of providing program services.

  • Development Expenses means, with respect to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.), usual and customary operating and financial costs, such as the compliance monitoring fee, the financial monitoring fee, replacement reserves, the servicing fee and the debt service reserves. As it relates to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.) and to the application of Development Cash Flow described in subsections 67-48.010(5) and (6), F.A.C., as it relates to SAIL Developments or in paragraph 67-48.020(3)(b), F.A.C., as it relates to HOME Developments, the term includes only those expenses disclosed in the operating pro forma on an annual basis included in the final credit underwriting report, as approved by the Board, and maximum of 20 percent Developer Fee per year.

  • Distribution Expenses means the reasonable costs, excluding overhead, incurred by ZIOPHARM that are directly and reasonably allocable to the distribution of a ZIOPHARM Product with respect to a particular country where such ZIOPHARM Product has been launched, excluding any costs included as a deduction in calculating Net Sales.

  • Administration Expenses means all fees, disbursements, expenses, costs, taxes and any other amounts incurred or payable by the Plaintiffs, Class Counsel or otherwise for the approval, implementation and operation of this Settlement Agreement, including the costs of notices, but excluding Class Counsel Fees and Class Counsel Disbursements.

  • Marketing Costs which means such reasonable charge for marketing of ores and concentrates sold or of concentrates tolled as is consistent with generally accepted industry marketing practices;

  • Transition Expenses The reasonable costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) of the Backup Servicer incurred in connection with the transferring the servicing obligations under this Agreement and amending this Agreement to reflect such transfer in an amount not to exceed $100,000.

  • Travel Expenses means any costs incurred by Licensor associated with the transportation, storage or lodging of equipment, supplies, Licensor employees and other items necessary for business use from Licensor headquarters to Licensee’s facilities. Travel expenses may include, but are not limited to airfare, hotel costs, and meals if applicable. Any travel expenses paid by the Licensee shall be paid at allowable government travel rates consistent with Management Directive 230.10, unless otherwise first approved by the Licensee’s authorized representative.

  • Development Costs means costs incurred to obtain access to reserves and to provide facilities for extracting, treating, gathering and storing the oil and gas from reserves. More specifically, development costs, including applicable operating costs of support equipment and facilities and other costs of development activities, are costs incurred to:

  • Class Expenses means expenses incurred by a particular Class in connection with a shareholder services arrangement or a distribution plan that is specific to such Class or any other differing share of expenses or differing fees, in each case pursuant to a plan adopted by the Trust pursuant to Rule 18f-3 under the 1940 Act, as such plan or Rule may be amended from time to time;

  • Commercialization Costs means the out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by Adapt or its Affiliates directly attributable to, or reasonably allocable to, the Commercialization of a Product. Commercialization Costs for a Product shall include, preparation of promotional, advertising, communication, medical, and educational materials relating to the Product and other Product literature and selling materials, activities directed to marketing of the Product, including purchase of market data, development and conduct of market research, advertising, public relations, public affairs and other communications with Third Parties regarding the Product; development and conduct of sales force training (including materials, programs and travel to and attendance at training programs) for medical representatives responsible for promoting the Product; and development and maintenance of sales bulletins, call reporting and other monitoring/tracking, sales force targeting, validation and alignment programs and documentation.

  • Election expenses means expenses incurred, whether before, during or after the election, on account of, or in respect of, the conduct or management of the election.

  • Training costs means reasonable costs incurred to upgrade the technological skills of Full-Time Employees in Illinois and includes: curriculum development; training materials (including scrap product cost); trainee domestic travel expenses; instructor costs (including wages, fringe benefits, tuition and domestic travel expenses); rent, purchase or lease of training equipment; and other usual and customary training cots. “Training costs” do not include, except where the Company receives prior written approval of the Department, costs associated with travel outside the United States, wages and fringe benefits of employees during periods of training, administrative costs related to Full-Time Employees of the Taxpayer, or amounts paid to an affiliate of the Company.

  • Medical Expenses means those expenses that an Insured Person has necessarily and actually incurred for medical treatment on account of Illness or Accident on the advice of a Medical Practitioner, as long as these are no more than would have been payable if the Insured Person had not been insured and no more than other hospitals or doctors in the same locality would have charged for the same medical treatment.

  • Settlement Administration Expenses means all expenses reasonably incurred by the Settlement Administrator in or relating to administering the Settlement, providing Notice, creating and maintaining the Settlement Website, disbursing Settlement Payments by mail and electronic means, related tax expenses, fees of the escrow agent, and other such related expenses, with all such expenses to be paid from the Settlement Fund.

  • Education program or activity means locations, events, or circumstances for which the school district exercises substantial control over both the respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurs and includes school district education programs or activities that occur on or off of school district property.

  • Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Marketing Expenses means the sum of Marketing Management Expenses, Advertising and Market Research Expenses and Education Expenses.

  • Administrative Expenses means (i) all administrative and operating costs and expenses incurred by the Partnership, (ii) those administrative costs and expenses of the General Partner, including any salaries or other payments to directors, officers or employees of the General Partner, and any accounting and legal expenses of the General Partner, which expenses, the Partners have agreed, are expenses of the Partnership and not the General Partner, and (iii) to the extent not included in clause (ii) above, REIT Expenses; provided, however, that Administrative Expenses shall not include any administrative costs and expenses incurred by the General Partner that are attributable to Properties or partnership interests in a Subsidiary Partnership that are owned by the General Partner directly.

  • Allowable Expenses means any necessary, reasonable and customary item of expense at least a portion of which is covered under at least one of the Health Benefit Plans covering the person for whom claim is made. When a Health Benefit Plan provides benefits in the form of coverage for services, the reasonable cash value of each service rendered shall be deemed to be both an Allowable Expense and a benefit paid.

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Direct Costs means the sum of the following:

  • Litigation Expenses means costs and expenses incurred in connection with commencing, prosecuting and settling the Action (which may include the costs and expenses of Plaintiffs directly related to their representation of the Settlement Class), for which Lead Counsel intends to apply to the Court for reimbursement from the Settlement Fund.

  • Advertising Costs The Company will determine with the Agent the amount of advertising that may be appropriate in soliciting offers to purchase the Book-Entry Notes. Advertising expenses will be paid by the Company.
