Cooperative Purchasing Program definition

Cooperative Purchasing Program means a volume purchasing program providing vetted competitive solicitation, selection and contract awards for goods and services available to participating public agencies eliminating other bidding requirements.
Cooperative Purchasing Program means an arrangement in which multiple governmental agencies combine their buying requirements onto a single contract and where the aggregate volume enhances their purchasing power.
