Cookie Jar’s Auditors means KPMG LLP, chartered accountants, Txxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, auditors of Cookie Jar;
Company’s Auditors means an independent firm of accountants duly appointed as auditors of the Company;
Corporation’s Auditors means a firm of chartered accountants duly appointed as auditors of the Corporation;
County Auditor means the Greenville County Auditor, or the person holding any successor office of the County.
PwC means PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Peer-reviewed medical literature means a scientific study published only after having been critically
District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.
Statutory Auditors means a firm of chartered accountants appointed in terms of Section 224 of the Companies Act, 1956 and acting as the statutory auditors of the Concessionaire.
Auditor means the person for the time being performing the duties of auditor of the Company (if any).
KPMG means KPMG LLP.
Medical Review Officer (MRO means a licensed M.D. or D.O. with knowledge of drug abuse disorders, employed or used by the City to review drug results in accordance with this procedure.
Auditors means the persons for the time being performing the duties of auditors of the Company.
Deloitte means Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Buyer’s Accountants means Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP.
Independent Auditors has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Company Auditor means Xxxxx Xxxxx US, LLP (FKA: Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, LLP), with offices located at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000-0000.
Seller’s Accountants means Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP.
Radiation safety officer means an individual who has the knowledge and responsibility to apply appropriate radiation protection regulations and has been assigned such responsibility by the licensee or registrant.
the Auditors means the auditors from time to time of the company or, in the case of joint auditors, any one of them;
Medical Review Officer (MRO) means a licensed physician responsible for receiving and reviewing laboratory results generated by the school district’s drug testing program and for evaluating medical explanations for certain drug tests.
Purchaser's Accountants means Ernst & Young LLP, independent accountants of the Purchaser.
Assistant Hydrographic Surveyor means the Assistant Hydrographic Surveyor of the Authority, as the case may be
Audit means the examination of a person or the inspection of the books, records, memoranda, or accounts of a person, ordered to appear before the Tax Administrator, for the purpose of determining liability for a municipal income tax.
cost accountant means a cost accountant as defined in clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 (23 of 1959) and who has obtained a certificate of practice under sub-section (1) of section 6 of that Act;
manoeuvring area means that part of an aerodrome to be used for the take-off, landing and taxiing of aircraft, excluding aprons;
Neutral Auditor means Ernst & Young or, if Ernst & Young is unable to serve, an impartial nationally recognized firm of independent certified public accountants other than Seller’s accountants or Purchaser’s accountants, mutually agreed to by Purchaser and Seller.
Ambulatory review means utilization review of health care services performed or provided in an outpatient setting.
