Conveyance Company definition

Conveyance Company means the company or entity expected to deliver surface water from the Snake River to a point at which the Sponsor can further deliver the surface water to the conversion project area.

  • The report shall document the amount of ground water pumped during the irrigation season and the amount surface water delivered to the project as certified by Conveyance Company.

  • The Sponsor shall provide to the IWRB an executed copy of the agreement with Conveyance Company to deliver the water to the Project, and shall be entitled to a rebate to offset conveyance costs equal to the amount identified in Table 2 under section 4B(2) of this agreement.

  • The foregoing includes without limitation: (i) City business license; (ii) CLSB Contractors’ license in the C-11 Elevator classification; (iii) Department of Industrial Relations (“DIR”) contractor registration; and (iv) Department of Industrial Relations (“DIR”) Certified Qualified Conveyance Company (“CQCC”).
