Conversion Exchange Rate definition

Conversion Exchange Rate means the Exchange Rate at the close of business on the business day preceding the date of conversion of this Note pursuant to Section 2; provided that such Exchange Rate shall not be lower than the Maximum Exchange Rate.
Conversion Exchange Rate or „Exchange Rate” means the exchange rate for conversion of any amount into the Settlement Currency, as specified in the Final Terms and, if not specified, as reasonably determined by the Calculation Agent.
Conversion Exchange Rate the rate of exchange for the purchase of Reais with Dollars quoted by the Quoting Bank on the date of IFC’s payment for Conversion Shares or, if that is not a date on which such rate is quoted, on the immediately preceding date on which such rate was quoted;

Examples of Conversion Exchange Rate in a sentence

  • If the Insured invoices an Insured Buyer in any currency (including any Approved Claim Currency) other than the Policy Currency, the value of each invoice must be converted into the Policy Currency for any declaration purposes at the relevant Conversion Exchange Rate (all such Conversion Exchange Rates must be recorded in writing by the Insured at or about the time of Shipment of the goods relating to every invoice, and such records must be provided to the Insurer in the event of a claim).

  • If upon conversion of this Note, a fraction of a share would otherwise result, then in lieu of such fractional share the Company will pay the cash value of that fractional share, calculated on the basis of the Conversion Price multiplied by the Conversion Exchange Rate.

Conversion Exchange Rate means the closing rate of sale of USD/Real and Euro/Real on the Business Day immediately preceding the date of the General Meeting of Creditors that resolves on the Approval of the Plan or on the actual date of Approval of the Plan, as applicable, disclosed by the Central Bank on its website, in the Quotations and Bulletins [Cotações e Boletins] section, option “Closing Quotes of All Currencies on a Date” [Cotações de Fechamento de Todas as Moedas em uma Data], or any other fee that may replace it, and the closing rate of sale of Euro/USD, disclosed in Bloomberg Information System.
Conversion Exchange Rate means the Applicable FX Rate on the Foreign Currency Conversion Date;
Conversion Exchange Rate means, at any time, 109.375 JPY per each 1.0 USD;
