Conversion Amount definition

Conversion Amount means the sum of the Stated Value at issue.
Conversion Amount means the sum of (x) portion of the Principal to be converted, redeemed or otherwise with respect to which this determination is being made and (y) all accrued and unpaid Interest with respect to such portion of the Principal amount and accrued and unpaid Late Charges with respect to such portion of such Principal and such Interest, if any.

More Definitions of Conversion Amount

Conversion Amount means the sum of (A) the portion of the Principal to be converted, redeemed or otherwise with respect to which this determination is being made and (B) accrued and unpaid Interest with respect to such Principal.
Conversion Amount means the sum of the Stated Value at issue. “Conversion Date” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a). “Conversion Price” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(b).
