Controlling Investors definition

Controlling Investors means Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx XX, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx III, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx XX Multi-Generational Trust III and Xxxxxx Irrevocable 2004 Trust, and each of such Person’s Permitted Transferees, in each case only so long as such Person continues to hold Units.

Examples of Controlling Investors in a sentence

  • Any information ECGII receives pursuant to this Section 11(m) shall be kept confidential, and the Controlling Investors agree to and shall hold in confidence and trust all such information.

The term “Controlling Persons” shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the Financial Action Task Force Recommendations.

  • Majority Shareholder means a holder of more than fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding stock of the Company, or if no person holds more than fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding stock of the Company, the holder of a plurality of the outstanding stock of the Company.

  • Selling Stockholders means Purchaser and any other purchaser of Units in the Offering, and their respective successors and assigns.

  • Transferring Stockholder has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.4(a).

  • Initiating Holder has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).
