Controlled Deposit Amount definition

Controlled Deposit Amount means, for any Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, an amount equal to the sum of the Controlled Accumulation Amount for such Distribution Date and any Deficit Controlled Accumulation Amount for the immediately preceding Distribution Date.
Controlled Deposit Amount means, for any Payment Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, an amount equal to the sum of the Controlled Accumulation Amount for such Payment Date and any existing Accumulation Shortfall.
Controlled Deposit Amount means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the sum of (a) the Controlled Accumulation Amount for such Transfer Date and (b) any existing Accumulation Shortfall.
