Control Centre Services means the access to the Rogers M2M Control Centre and services related thereto.

Control Centre Services means those services to be provided by Field Services LoB to BCTC as set out and described in Schedule D, as such services may be revised from time to time by the agreement of the Parties.

  • Unless otherwise set out in the Agreement, you will not be eligible for any retroactive credit representing the difference between the your previous pricing for your IoT services and the new Control Centre Services pricing.

  • Following a price plan change, the Xxxxxx Control Centre Services pricing will take effect on the next billing cycle on the Essential Service Tier and within the same billing cycle on the Advantage Service Tier.

  • You are responsible for all user activity in connection with the Xxxxxx Control Centre Services or your account.

Related to Control Centre Services

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).

  • Control Centre means the central facility of the Cycle Sharing System used mainly for service monitoring, operations control, and customer service. It is the location for collecting, storing, consolidating, processing the information obtained from various elements of the Cycle Sharing System as well as from users, agents, employees, and service providers.

  • Primary care services means the services in respect of which NHS England has a duty or power to make arrangements pursuant to the Primary Care Functions;

  • Healthcare services means services or goods provided for

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Child care services means the range of activities and programs provided by a certificate holder to an enrolled child, including personal care, supervision, education, guidance, and transportation.

  • Fire Service means any deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to extinguish a fire or perform any preventative measure in an effort to protect equipment, life, or property in an area threatened by fire. It also includes the deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to provide fire suppression, rescue, extrication, and any other services related to fire and rescue as may occasionally occur.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Foster care services means the provision of a full range of casework, treatment and community

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.
