Contractual Terms definition

Contractual Terms means terms which are provided in the present Contract and its annexes;
Contractual Terms means the legally enforceable provisions of any grant, contract, or other binding agreement between CPB and the producer of content.
Contractual Terms means the offer of commercial arrangements.

  • EU Standard Contractual Clauses means the standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission by implementing decision 2021/914 of June 4, 2021 on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

  • Standard Contractual Clauses means the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries, as approved by the European Commission in Decision 2010/87/EU, or any set of clauses approved by the European Commission which amends, replaces or supersedes these;

  • Contractual Service means the rendering by a contractor of its time and effort rather than the furnishing of specific commodities. The term applies only to those services rendered by individuals and firms who are independent contractors. Contractual Services do not include auditing services, Maintenance Services, or Professional Services as defined in Section 287.055(2)(a) of the Florida Statutes, and these Rules.   • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • UK Standard Contractual Clauses means the Standard Contractual Clauses for data controller to data processor transfers approved by the European Commission in decision 2010/87/EU.
